We can produce reports to national or international standards. Indeed, most of our valuations are carried out in line with the INTERNATIONAL VALUATION STANDARDS with the aim of following the guidelines of our clients’ financial statements and the International Accounting Standards.


Similarly, we can work to RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) standards, or any other criteria requested by clients involved in operations that will have an effect outside Spain, or with foreign companies.
