IVS and RICS Valuations


Valuations in accordance with the International Valuation Standards drawn up by the IVSC (International Valuation Standards Council). The purpose of SVIs is to produce valuation reports used in the advisory and/or hedging of large investments. They are also used for inclusion in financial statements in accordance with IFRS/IAS-IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), regulatory compliance and for domestic and international transactions.

RICS VALUATION?

It is a valuation opinion conducted according to the standards of the Red Book of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and in accordance with the international regulations of the IVS (International Valuation Standards Council).

This type of reports are commonly used in the advisory and coverage of large investments, mainly by international markets, given their high standards of quality, transparency and homogeneity.
